This is an idea that I am playing around with. Feel free to help.

This deck's main win conditions are through milling opponents, or milling myself. It could potentially do some damage with mill-affected creatures, but that is not it's main goal. It also has cards to protect against graveyard shuffling and recursion.

1: Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank - Infinite mill

2 a: Consecrated Sphinx + Jace's Erasure + Wheel and Deal - A lot of mill and card draw (Also good for the category "Self-Milling"

2 b: Jace's Archivist and the above cards

3: Keening Stone + Traumatize - Step 1, mill half. Step 2, Repeat.

4: Crypt Ghast + Mind Grind + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - A lot of land based mill (Suck it Land Tax)

5: Jace's Erasure + Jace, Memory Adept - Also works with others.
