So one day I decided that I wanted to make a blue mill deck, It wasnt really working so I added a splash of black and suddenly I saw potential and kept tweaking it until well what it is now. Please give some critism and advice and remember this is a "budget" deck only expensive cards are the Jace, Memory Adept and Consuming Aberration. Also give me a +1 if you liked it :)
Key Cards.
Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker This guy gets ridiculous really fast, its one of the win con cards in the deck, I mean 4 LANDS? It is hilarious to see how much you can mill with this and if you have stronic resonator out then thats 8 lands...Do I even need to continue?
Consuming Aberration Another win con card. Holy salamander cuttlefish this guy is stupid good. So lets say you play him on maybe turn 5 or 6, by then they are already milled maybe 9 or 13 cards from countering so that is a beefy creature for 5 mana , but thats not all everytime you play a SPELL they mill until you draw a land. Would I like to do is just slap Aqueous Form down and now they mill and pump him and he is a unblockable baddy then put a cipher on him and pump him up more and more.
Lazav, Dimir Mastermind 3/3 and hexproof for 4, not bad...everytime they mill a creature you can clone them...oh thats pretty cool. To explain how good this card is one time at a FNM I milled this guys Stormbreath Dragon and then swung at him , then I cloned another one , and another one...it is pretty funny the shenanigans you can pull off.
Nighthowler Great card to bestow on any of these 3 creatures listed previously (except maybe not on the abberation XD) it just pumps them up and gets bigger and bigger until suddenly that mirko vosk is a 20/24.
Mind Grind Another win con card. This thing is just awesome, I mean if you have one of these late game its gg for them, you win.
Jace, Memory Adept Our final win con card, its Jace. Everyone knows this guy and everyone expects to see him in a mill deck. I dont really have to say much I mean look at him lol, need card draw use his +1 and if you really just want to win quickly just use his 0 ability 3 times and boom you win. Have someone ready to block because nobody wants this guy to live.
