After read about the combo of Mishra with Possibility Storm and Blood Funnel I immediatly remembered of Nether Void and started to think that could be possible do a Commander deck in whitch Mishra could be important in it's functioning. So I searched for other cards with automatic countering effect for all players, or some kind of combo with countering effects.This deck have some cards that is needed to be in play so that Mishra, Artificer Prodigy can be useful: the ones I've seen refered here in tappedout - Possibility Storm, Blood Funnel and also Nether Void, Planar Chaos, Chalice of the Void. To guarantee these cards, there are the tutors and the dimir transmuter cards. To amplify the power of countering effects agains the opponents, I put Invoke Prejudice, Counterbalance, Lullmage Mentor and Nullstone Gargoyle.So despite this deck is not being finished yet, the strategy for now is to annoy the opponents with pemanent countering effects, put artifacts creatures/tokens into play, and empower the artifacts with charge counters.
