First, I highly doubt that you own a foil Mystic Confluence
Second, Distorting Wake, Rolling Thunder, Radiate, Echo Mage, Volcanic Vision, Ravaging Blaze, Hostility

@Ekuryua Thank you for the feedback. I will review the suggested cards.
I used the foil markers for marking cards that I wanted in the deck. I have removed them now, to avoid confusion.
Cheers

Guttersnipe and wins the game with any of the things you can infinitely Reiterate so it might be good to add him back in for those moments you don't have Comet Storm. On that note Rolling Thunder can do the same. Is there any reason why you aren't using Mystical Tutor and maybe Merchant Scroll? Same kinda goes for the plethora of extra turn spells which Mizzix makes op combos with. Rewind is one of the most helpful counters with Mizzix i find you can sorta use it as a trick leave two mana open with rewind then counter untap four and combo off sure that's unlikely to happen but it isn't impossible. Time Spiral should just be an auto include refresh your hand and ramp for two mana most of the time. Recurring Insight is already one of the best draw spells in EDH and works even more with her. Lastly Leyline of Anticipation helps a lot with this kind of deck.
You helped me find an extra counterspell for my Mizzix deck also so thanks for some reason i didn't think of adding Power Sink. I hope my suggestions help i'm loving playing Mizzix atm she's one of my favorite commanders to come out in years.

Have you considered Contagion Engine for both coupon production and a source of removal for pesky indestructible creatures?
November 19, 2015 7:37 a.m.
FYI, you have a "Steal and Copy" section, and a "Copy and Steal" section. not sure if by design or you want to combine them.

Thank you for the feedback!
- I am unsure about Distorting Wake - I think a tutor would be a better addition (e.g., for Capsize or Cyclonic Rift).
- Rolling Thunder could be good (combo with Guttersnipe and Reiterate)
- Radiate is actually a pretty good copier! I should probably find room for it.
- Echo Mage was in my inital lineup, but I think that he is too much of a liability, and too expensive for what he does.
- I don't think Volcanic Vision have enough high CMC targets to be relevant.
- Ravaging Blaze has merits for it's combo potential, but I think the creature requirement is a downside. I'd add Rolling Thunder first.
- Hostility not sure it is worth the hazzle or if it even has an overall synergy.
@boboioioili Care to elaborate?
- I see your point on Guttersnipe... I'll have to find a spot for him.
- Same with Rolling Thunder
- I omitted Mystical Tutor to get room for shiny stuff. I need to bring it back. Merchant Scroll could also be good. The tutors raises the consistency of the deck, but also makes it slightly less interesting (yes - I will always pick the best spell I have access to).
- Good point on Rewind. I removed it from the original set, as I did not consider the option of comboing off in an opponents turn. It might find a spot.
- You are right about Time Spiral as well. The last clause makes it so much better than Wheel of Fortune.
- Recurring Insight - is it really better than the draw I have?
- I'm a big fan of Leyline of Anticipation, but I could only find room for Hypersonic Dragon. Do you think they should be swapped?
@UmbrotheUmbreon I think that Contagion Engine is too expensive for what it does for the deck. But you are right that I'm a bit short on answers to indestructible creatures - if I don't counter them I have to use Capsize, Cyclonic Rift, Mystic Confluence or Scour from Existence!
@darthskat thanks - I have combined the two categories.
I'll update the deck during the week.
Cheers

I would pick the Leyline over the Dragon personally mainly because it can come down at the start but being able to flash in extra things helps a lot and there's generally less enchantment hate than creature hate. I've found Recurring Insight to be very useful not only does it usually draw you tons of cards it almost always triggers Mizzix twice if you haven't combo'd off by then. I suppose it depends on your opponents really but generally it does draw you a lot.

Heh, good point. I just think it's nice to have that double proliferate, but that's just me. Solid deck either way

have you considered the storm spells? they work out wonderfully with any of the infinite combos, and storm is so rarely viable in commander.......you should also look at stuff like Mystical Tutor or Merchant Scroll (or any of the others, I can put up a list if you want) to find the wonderful cards that kill everyone.

@lordmalphas I considered Grapeshot but I don't see how it will clear the table? Are there any other storm spells that I should/could run? Also, in the current setup it will only do real good with infinite combos, and when I have those online, I just need one win-con ;)
Regarding the tutor spells, they are allready on the 'I better get this to work'-list aka the maybeboard :)
Finally, do you have any suggestions for cuts?
Cheers

I wasnt referring to grapeshot, actually (though with infinite mana you would be able to kill all the players at the table. The coolest way to win with infinite mana in your deck would be Temporal Fissure, actually. You bounce all other permanents, then go to town. This is the board-clear I was talking about. Ignite Memories would also win in style, and Empty the Warrens would do it as well. As for the cuts, I will have to think about it a bit, but epic experiment seems a bit off when most of your good spells are x or buyback, neither of which work with it.

Love the work and thought put in. Great description. I'll be coming back to this after a while too make my own. Will leave some suggestions after some play tests.

Having Young Pyromancer or Talrand, Sky Summoner + Purphoros, God of the Forge would also allow you lots of damage + infinite combo conditions.

Thank you for the feedback and the support!
@yeshuah Purphoros, God of the Forge + token generators are awesome, but I if I don't have a token generator out, Purphoros will just be a dead card. For now I'll stick to my (almost) creatureles strategy.
I've decided on the following deck changes for now:
- Urza's Rage --> All Is Dust - just seems that much better
- Izzet Signet --> Guttersnipe - for the combo posibility (and my permanent ramp is so inconsitent anyway)
- Hypersonic Dragon --> Leyline of Anticipation -harder to remove
- Meletis Charlatan --> Radiate - kill the board in one glorious shot.
- Keranos, God of Storms --> Mystical Tutor - Need more tutoring
- Volt Charge --> Merchant Scroll - Need more tutoring
- Epic Experiment --> Temporal Fissure - experiement is sort of week in this deck, as most spells have or additional costs. Temporal Fissure is a great alternate win-con, in case someone are running Leyline of Sanctity... or other stuff I did not think of.
- Mizzix's Mastery --> Rewind - agin, too many dead targets here. Not sure Rewind is what I want in this slot, but it should be some sort of counterspell.
Cheers

I would like t suggest Elite Arcanist I realize that u can't pay less off of it but you can put powerfulcards you want on it
November 23, 2015 10:07 a.m.
Is Tamiyo, the Moon Sage too slow? You have a fair amount of proliferate. It may be win more, but getting to keep every spell you cast (that doesn't have buyback) sounds like discount shopping to me. :)
November 23, 2015 5:27 p.m.
Charmbreaker Devils is amazing in any deck, even better here. It provides something to protect your commander and keeps on bringing those sweet sweet spells back without having to worry about buyback. Buy one get one 50% off (assuming it costs 2)!

Thank you for the feedback!
@tiassa I think Elite Arcanist is too vulnerable and too slow to be included.
@an_R_key I love Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and run her in many other decks, but I think she is too slow and vulnerable for this deck.
@Ammo37 I like your themed twist on Charmbreaker Devils, but I don't think they are enough bang for the buck in this deck. Any draw spell will be better, and if I must update the defence, I'll add Talrand, Sky Summoner.
@Ekuryua The Sphinx-Bone Wand was in my inital draft of the deck, but I chose to omit it. I do see its potential, but it is so expensive to put on the table. Do you have any experince with it, and what would you take out for it?
Cheers
