Ok so this is my very first Commander deck i have ever built. It's for a tournament and i didn't just want to copy paste some good deck, but rather make something unique.

The strategy of this deck is basically lords and changelings. The goal is to just get as many buffs out as possible and then swing for lethal commander damage from the ultimus.
Also i tried to build in a merfolk/artifact subtheme.

Individual card explanations will come once the deck has settled down.

I would really appreciate your guys' help on this deck as i am completely new to the format and don't really know how it will work out.
