This is literally the worst zombie general I have ever built. But why build him you might ask me? Well, for 2 reasons.

1. I NEED to build to say I've built a deck around every possible zombie and zombie related general that there is.
2. He is a "Terrible" zombie general as he utterly doesn't help zombies as a whole in any way shape or form. So born of that idea of him being "Terrible" I decided to make this be a "Terrible" deck in every way, shape, and form. Since French aka Dual Commander is "Terrible", he fits right on in. And yes, on the outside by himself he does suck. It's what you do with him that makes him actually good.

So for the past year, I have tried to work on this deck from 2 obvious angles.... 1. Monoblue "goodstuff" and "counter and control"2. Tribal zombies.

In the end, both failed, oddly enough. Both weren't fast enough and both didn't provide the "punch" this deck needed. (Yes the alternate General Teferri works fairly well, but I want this to be a unique Control- or French deck if you will- complete with it's on "Zombieness". To make this point clear, this deck makes an opponent realize how important the graveyard is in a game but stripping it away and making him/ her manage it like a resource. Yes that is backwards from traditional zombies but in a cool different and new angle.)

Thankfully, because of the progress that I've made so far with my main monoblue tribal zombie deck (I use that loosely because half of the creature's don't start out as zombies but rather I turn them into zombies), I was able to jump through a few hoops simply because I already know what works best in certain areas or because I'm already familiar with some of the synergy.

It is my wish to make this deck will be the most "terrible" zombie deck to ever play against but to hopefully also provide a fun, entertaining and unique experience. That is if you like janky, unusual competitive decks that is.
