This is a budget combo deck that wins through 1 of 2 ways.

The first way is to generate infinite mana, use that mana to draw your entire deck and play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries , Fall of the Titans , or Apex of Power .

To start the combo, you win need Reiterate , and Desperate Ritual With Mizzix at 4 counter, and access to 3 red mana.

First, cast Desperate Ritual , before that resolves, cast Reiterate targeting Desperate Ritual, paying for the buyback cost on Reiterate.

Copy of Ritual resolves, generating , use 2 of that, to cast Reiterate , paying the buyback cost, to return it to your hand. Generating Infinite , along with infinite copies of spells, because you can use that to cast Reiterate infinitely. to win you just need to cast Apex of Power , to dig through your entire deck to find Brass's Bounty to make treasures, allowing you to cast Jace, Wielder of Mysteries , +1 and win. You could also win through casting Fall of the Titans , targeting your opponent's face, copy the spell with Reiterate for each opponent.

The other way to win is the Eye of the Storm route. This way is way slower, but is a really cool way to win. the cards you will need are Eye of the Storm , and 1 of the following: Pore Over the Pages , Brass's Bounty , Pirate's Prize , or Desperate Ritual to generate mana. You will also need someway to either draw, or get access to cards. These cards are any spell that has card draw attached, or any of the following: Prophetic Bolt , Anticipate , Supreme Will , Firemind's Foresight , Past in Flames , Apex of Power , Invert / Invent , or Mystic Retrieval . You could also get infinite turns with Karn's Temporal Sundering , or Stitch in Time .

The way this combo works is to find a way to generate mana and card draw with mizzix's reduction. The more you cast, the more copies of exiled cards with Eye of the Storm you get allowing you to draw your entire deck, probably get infinite mana, and play jace, and you win.
