I love Mizzix, my spellslinging queen, but if your play group is anything like mine, your opponents won’t just let you just sit back with your one squishy goblin wizard and spellsling your way to victory. No, they will pummel your face with creature heavy decks. Well that’s why in this deck Mizzix calls upon her dragon friends to keep her safe (along with help from some counter magic, of course) and destroy your opponents.

The goal of this deck is to build up a board full of dragons. Mainly by casting Dragonstorm with a hefty storm count, or by having Manaform Hellkite out while storming off to generate an army of hasty dragon tokens ( Backdraft Hellkite allows you to storm off all over again when it attacks), or by fetching up your best nonlegendary dragon with Sarkhan's Triumph and casting Rite of Replication kicked on it, or summoning a zombie horde by casting Rise from the Tides with a graveyard full of instants and sorceries then turning them all into dragons with Dragonshift overloaded (the Invent side of Invert / Invent grabs both pieces to this potential finisher), and Utvara Hellkite amasses dragon tokens just for attacking with dragons.
