Pretty simple: Mulligan until you have a hand with Treasure Hunt , then play Treasure Hunt turn 3 (without playing a land, unless you have a Reliquary Tower then you can play it turn 2) so you can play a Reliquary Tower. Turn 4 Seismic Assault, win game with cards in your hand.

I also made a legacy version of this deck that I hope will go off 1 turn earlier Legacy 55 Lands

Didn't test that much, but before the FNM started I wanted to test it against a few players. So I did. I won from a Merfolk Deck, because he didn't have any Counters. I lost from U/W Control, because of obvious reasons. I lost from B/W Token spam and then I thought well this deck isn't finnished, so I'm going to try something else for tonights FNM so I went with
