If I had the money, I would totally put those in, but I sadly do not. Glimpse is a staple of milling, but it costs way too much.
Mind Funeral Works well as a surrogate, especially in Modern with all the Zendikar fetch lands, which i also do not have. If I really find myself missing mana, I can crack a Ghost Quarter and search for a land. With this deck's extremely low mana curve, I can crack it and put myself 1 land down without having to worry about not being able to pay a mana cost.

Yes, right. However, the Ghost Quarter are also useful because if you don't need you can break the lands of the opponent, then remove from the deck some, to make the most of the power of the Mind Funeral .

Indeed. I was just trying to state that they have more than one use. I can crack them on their lands to thin them out, I can crack it on my own to fetch, or I can use it for mana. They work well for multiple reasons. I can also put Path to Exile on the Isochron Scepter to make my opponent sad when I Mind Funeral .
