Modern Day Heroics (Standard MTG Deck)

Ok so this my first ever attempt to build a standard deck. I bought a lot of theros so I chose that to start with. Ended up like heroic so ending up with mono-white. I think I have the deck the way I like it but sideboard not so much. If anyone could give me advice on the deck or the sideboard that would help me out :)
