I know your first reaction to this deck may be "Dredge in Modern? Why, that's absurd!" Yes, I know it sounds insane. But just trust me. It works, especially post twin. This deck absolutely destroys linear aggro decks post board, as Conflagrate kills small creaturs and Gnaw to the Bone pads your life total against Burn and Affinity (especially Burn). Vengeful Pharaoh also destroys them, as face it, they aren't going to remember it. Ever. Pre board, this deck has a fairly good matchup with a lot of decks, as they have absolutely no clue what you are doing. I have killed multiple opponents who were so confused as to why I would mill myself instead of draw. One Iona, Shield of Emeria to the face later and they were still confused, but also scared. The decks I am most worried about are Bx Eldrazi and Tron, althoughTerastodon can deal some major damage to Tron if all they have is Karn and the Tron lands. If you have any suggestions for improving my matchup against those decks or just suggestions in general, please share them.
