Might I suggest Harrow over Cultivate ?

May I suggest 4x Ancient Stirrings instead of the 4x Fauna Shaman ? That way you can save time tutoring for an Eldrazi fatty (hopefully) and can also dig for Eldrazi Temple and Eye of Ugin

Rabid_Wombat Ancient Stirrings seems to be better, in a way.I will test it..also im thinking on using some Eldrazi spawners so i can sacrefice them with Fauna Shaman .Maybe i use both Acient and fauna if i do this.

Also i'm thinking on using Descendants' Path , it looks like it would be usefull

Descendants' Path would only really be useful if you ran another copy of each Eldrazi. It's mana cost will stall you and it may never trigger, compared to a Rampant Growth or Cultivate that will speed things up and thin out your deck so you can draw better cards. I run 3x Satyr Wayfinder in my EldraziTron deck as whatever it ditches will be more than likely recycled when an Eldrazi is ditched...and running 2x Crucible of Worlds helps too. I added 3x Everflowing Chalice to my deck after seeing it in your list - tapped one for 15 mana turn 6 and brought in an emrakul at FNM :)

Agree about the trigger. I liked Satyr Wayfinder and Crucible of Worlds , might use them. Also, I was thinking on using tron, not sure about this. Oh and nice that you used Everflowing Chalice and it worked. :D

Ok so i playtest it and as you Rabid_Wombat on turn 6 I manage to get Kozilek, Butcher of Truth because of Everflowing Chalice , just comenting.

And because of Harrow i'll use Crucible of Worlds

Quicksilver Amulet over Elvish Piper seems much better.

Leaning towards 4x Sylvan Scrying over 4x Explore

Eye of Ugin at 4of? Its Legendary...you can only have one on the field, so four seems a bit much. Would also recommend Primeval Titan allowing you to grab your Eye and Temple.

Quicksilver Amulet just looks little safer than Elvish, but gonna test it.

I used 4 Eye of Ugin so could be sure to get it, mainly on turn one, but i forgot about Primeval Titan .

UrbanAnathema says... #12

I would reduce the Eye. You don't need it T1, you need it before T5.

Also where is Fauna Shaman ? I don't actually see it on the deck list. I have a similar approach with my deck

UrbanAnathema i actually used your deck as a base for mine, and it is in one of my folders. Abbout Fauna Shaman i removed and forgot to update the description. it didn't go so well once i tested it, most of the time because once i needed, Eye of Ugin 7 could already be used or already was, because of all this mana. As the side is still with a lot of space, i might use it there. It is really usefull, and probably will be helpfull in some situations.

This looks disgusting!!!!!! I hope it's as much fun to play as it was to read. It looks like you have a pretty good handle on this deck. Play the crap out of it and let us know how awesome it is. I need some help tuning a deck list i found that I really like. I'd REALLY appreciate your insight, bc it looks like this deck is too nasty, and i could use some nastiness with my new deck. Green Devotion (StarCityGames Article). +1 and cheers bro.

I definitely say yes to Tooth and Nail and Cultivate in this deck. Also, it needs some sort of hexproof.

OperaGhost says... #19

This deck needs removal, especially if the opponent is packing Grave Pact or s#$t like that, and a Last Laugh on top to just blow up everything in multiplayer or in archenemy when they just sac a goblin and kill everybody.

Take a look at my deck War of Chaos and tell me that you are not afraid.

Nah i wasnt afraid, but i liked your deck, it looks at least fun to play with and would be really cool to play against it..

You've probably considered it, but I couldn't help but suggest Palladium Myr . I absolutely love this deck, and will attempt to make my rendition of it when I make my next modern build. I've always loved the Eldrazi, and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth was actually my first Mythic ever! +1, looking forward to hearing how it plays when you buy it!

Zaryon says... #23

Aerostar I actually didn't considered it because i totally forgot about it, but it seems very interesting to use it, i might replace Wall of Roots or Everflowing Chalice with 2 Palladium Myr .

And I'm really happy that you liked it and want to create a deck based on mine, this deck is exceeding my expectations :D
