4 Intangible Virtue is a must. Also, have you considered Godless Shrine or Vault of the Archangel? Check my casual B/W if you're interested Full Spectrum Dominance for some other ideas. +1 B/W tokens anyway!

-Axion- Godless Shrine will make its way in here as soon as i can get my hands on them. Vault of the Archangel will as well, I actually moved it to my EDH Kaalia deck because it sees more play than this. Building this up will be slow going since its a back up to my other Modern deck. thanks for the +1

Lets start with the lands. 23 lands is best, and take out Scoured Barrens. I would also recommend taking out sorin and running 2 elspeths. I dont normally say this, but you have too much hand disruption as well. I would go with 4 Iok, 2 duress, 3 tidehollows. Use the extra slot for a Gather the Townsfolk. You also only need 4-5 anthems, so cut one out. For your sideboard, what is your local meta?

xzzane I'm not 100% on my local meta, but pod, Splinter Twin, Hatebears, RDW, u/b Fairies, and Death and Taxes are some of the decks ive come up against. I dunno if another elspeth is in my budget. the Scoured Barrens are just place holders for Godless Shrine when i pick up at least 2. Maybe Im missing something, but is there a reason no one runs Midnight Haunting? it seems decent at 1 or 2. Also its pre-order price is pretty hight right now but Monastery Mentor looks like it could be considered for this deck. I'll cut an anthem for a land as well and i could see going with 3 Tidehollow Sculler to open a slot for Gather the Townsfolk thanks for the suggestions.

Personally I don't think Monastery Mentor will be best for b/w tokens. I see it better in a control shell. Doesn't fit the curve as much as I would like. And Midnight Haunting is just inferior to Lingering Souls and Spectral Procession. No need to run it. And no problem. Always glad to help. Let's see...For your sideboard, let's start with Torpor Orb, Kor Firewalker, and I'll do some research on the others. (Been a while since I've gone against death and taxes).

id keep all 3 of the kataki's in SB, affinity is a real tough matchup. also, i cant imagine a time where your going to need to side in a 2nd Honor the Pure. And where did the sword go?

Affinity is one of token's easiest matchups in the entire meta...And I never mentioned siding in a second Honor of the Pure? Stony Silence is better than kataki as well

You have a 2nd Honor of the Pure in your sideboard, so I assumed you planned on putting it in. my mistake for thinking you use cards in your sideboard.

8vomit, xzzaneThe 2nd Honor of the Pure was simply a place holder, recently just updated the sideboard. I moved some things around for another modern deck I'm building. As Much as I'd like to add another elspeth, sorin is what i got so he's here to stay for now, I do have the new sorin and was thinking of switching them out but im not sure which i like better. And the sword was swiftly traded away when I first got the deck and didnt think I'd actually be building this up, I dont really regret it though since i dont think it is needed.

The sword that it comes with is pretty bad. Fire and Ice is much better. Do you have any plans on continuing this deck, or are you going to scrap this?

xzzane definetly not going to scrap it, its just gonna remain my more budget build ultimately I think id like to get a full set of Godless Shrine's and replace the 2 Duress's with 2 Thoughtseize's if they drop a little after rotation.

xzzane no worries, I have been using your budget version as a guideline. It's been helpful. Since I don't have a second Elspeth, but I do have a Sorin, Lord of Innistrad and a Sorin, Solemn Visitor which of the two do you think would work best in this build?

Solemn visitor is better when you have a stable board presence. Lord of Innistrad is better when you're lacking in board presence. Between the two, for this deck...I'll say Solemn Visitor. Since you're running the extra token producer Gather the Townsfolk (which has an amazing promo btw) you should have enough stable board presence to make better use of it.
