Making a modern deck to play with a few of my buddies. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

I'm not quite sure about the Foundry Street Denizen , but everything else seems nice.The basic concept of the deck is your standard goblin rush deck, with the Gorgon Flail and Dolmen Gate comboing to either A. Let all my damage go through, or B. kill anything that they have that's in the way. The end game is the Eldrazi Monument and the Boggart Shenanigans comboing to allow my creatures to get through any defenses that they may still have, and to do damage when I have to sac a goblin. The Coat of Arms is just to add some insult to injury, and the Lich's Tomb was recommended by a buddy of mine, to make sure I don't die, and to do more damage with the Boggart Shenanigans so that every damage they did to me, they do to themselves.
