If you're playing black I'd suggest you rather use Plague Stinger instead of the Duty-Bound Dead . I don't especially enjoy the fact you need 2 cards for one creature to be able to inflict infect damage. Sure his Exalted is cool, but you could add an additional Vines of Vastwood or 2x Might of Old Krosa in exchange for Tainted Strike if you play with the Stingers.

I was actually considering just discarding black from the deck altogether as Duty-Bound Dead is only there for exalted, but I was thinking Virulent Swipe might be nice in the deck instead of Tainted Strike .

I only have 3 Vines of Vastwood because I'm not too fond of the double green to get +4/+4, but I like the ability to stop it being targeted.
