I dunno. I basically netdecked this. I guess it's board control and such.

Bituminous Blast, maybe some Blightnings. Maelstrom Pulse is nice instead of a couple abrupt decays. cascade builds are pretty sweet if you wanna go that route.

Those aren't terrible, but Bituminous Blast is utterly horrible in this curve, do you see what's going on? I'll consider Maestrom Pulse, but I'm still new to the deck as it is; 'ppreciate the comment.

If you're playing legacy/casual Hymn to Tourach is a great jund grind down card for generating lots of card advantage over a full 4 Inquisition/Thoughtseize. This really looks like a modern list of DRS and BBE were unbanned.

If you're playing legacy with this list, you can drop a Lili for some other stuff like Golgari Charm, Toxic Deluge, Sylvan Library or the Punishing Fire+Grove of the Burnwillows package since that package is what will win you the Delver matchup on its own

Jund is a different type of control deck. It's actually an aggro deck. But instead of winning by card advantage like most control decks, it wins off of forcing your opponent into card disadvantage using cards like thoughtseize and inquisition and Hymn to Tourach. Then they drop a tarmogoyf to set up a clock that they can't deal with cause they're top decking

This is legacy jund, through and through btw, about a year and a half ago this thing was all OVER the metagame. Anyway yeah, jund is kinda a tempo deck honestly. It grinds people out of resources then kills them with efficient threats, capable of being fast and capable of playing a slow game backed up by disruption. Call it midrange, call it tempo, call it aggro-control... it's actually pretty hard to categorize. 3 Colour Good Stuff With Disruption is what it is, but that doesn't really roll off the tongue :P

I like the sound of that... "Three Color Jund Good Stuff with Hand Disruption"
