My first Modern deck. Designed to be fairly budget friendly while still being a solid deck for casual play.
Play Style
This deck is designed to be a tempo/aggro deck; playing unblockable Merfolk like Mist-Cloaked Herald and River Sneak allowing us to attack our opponents early for small damage that adds up quick. Cards like Mana Leak and Echoing Truth allow us to slow down our opponent as we come online.
Having Merrow Reejerey on the board allows us to overwhelm our opponent as we dump our lords Lord of Atlantis

River Sneak
a good combo, as Reejerey allows us to play Merfolk and untap the land we just spent, meanwhile River Sneak gets a +1/+1 whenever a Merfolk enters.
Card Explanation
Silvergill Adept and Curious Obsession are here for drawing cards in case we don't have what we need.
Sea's Claim is here for locking down opponents land and giving our Merfolk islandwalk for when we get our Lords out.
Mana Leak is a pretty obvious choice; just to help shutdown spells that might be problematic for us.
Echoing Truth to send enemy permanents back.
Sideboard
I'm still working on the sideboard, suggestions are welcomed!
Harbinger of the Tides good for sending back aggro creatures, (remember having two Reejerey's out allows us to untap up to two lands, so we could flash Harbinger out and only spend 2)
Kopala, Warden of Waves good against burn and other forms of targeted removal.
Hurkyl's Recall for artifact hate.
Tormod's Crypt classic graveyard hate
