So as a personal challenge I wanted to make a modern miracles deck around Reforge the Soul and Sphinx's Tutelage. It's not great, but I think it works... a little.
The lack of Top/Counterbalance certainly makes it harder to protect, but that doesn't mean we're completely hosed.
Actual Literal Baby Jace is the all star of this deck allowing us to miracle on our opponent's turn without further mana investiture.
So how do we fix the top of our library? Well we do it through Noxious Revival to reuse Miracles at our leisure, and an assortment of arrangement effects with Halimar Depths, Augury Owl, and Telling Time.
Dream Salvage is the ace in the pocket to quickly ramp up the number of mill triggers we get of Sphinx's Tutelage.
My Miracles package is just what feels right? Idk, 4 Reforge and 4 Terminus is a must. The numbers of Banishing Stroke and Bonfire of the Damned varied throughout testing. And Temporal Mastery is in there just as utility. Remember even if I have to ditch one of these cards, Noxious revival gives me my pick for first draw of a turn. Getting an extra turn later when I need it is quite handy.
