What blue or black would you have to destroy enchantment or artifacts that make the opponent hexproof? Don't suggest to drop colors when there are no other options to clear their cards. 3 slots in sideboard and 2 lands to activate those cards aren't bad. All6 fetches can fetch blood crypt and hallowed fountain.

Its ok. Take out those jaces, for 2xLeyline of the Void

The deck seems good, but I feel that it is going for to many different wins. Damage which Jace's Phantasm and just straight up mill. Choose one and stick with it.

Well if we are going for milling you need a contingency plan in case they have an unmillable deck... It does happen. I recommend the Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank combo for infinite life lose/mill.

Burn doesn't usually run enchantment hate. You don't actually need to do that. But if you want to, there's Cyclonic Rift, Devastation Tide, etc. Being in U/B, you have plenty of ways to get rid of them from there if you feel it's absolutely necessary (discard, counters...)

My biggest issue is orbs of warding and leyline of sanctity. It's an automatic lost when they play that card.
2 fairly common sideboard cards completely shut me down, but aren't 4 ofs. So, capable of killing that plan of theirs increases my playability.
Think of it like this, if I wanted reliable countering and destroying I could take up 8 slots between bounce and hands disrupt. That's a lot of space since blue doesn't have enchantment or artifacts destroy. I've considered running them main board, to disrupt or flood by destroying my silent arbiter.
I have 2 additional fetches, and 2 dual lands that are useful for blue black. 3 slots in my sideboard, it's cheap and versatile.
It may seem not very good, but entering could give me a finisher from their graveyard.

Nice deck. To be more competitive take out any cards you will actually be paying 5 mana for. They are powerful, but WAY too slow. And you need Glimpse the Unthinkable, it just is that powerful plus you have no ways to interact with opponents creatures. Check out Esper mind f@&.

@cutthroat_x if you want some reliable spot removal for enchantments as blue what I can recommend is Echoing Truth I carry 4 in the main board for my Dimir Style Mega-Mill deck as its removal (while not permenant) is all I usually need to pull off a clutch win.

In know I see it already in your maybe board, but if you have anyone that plays Amulet Bloom, you simply must sideboard in Mesmeric Orb. If they are doing anything other than their combo, they can mill themselves for at least 4 a turn. I have a non mill deck i side this in against them because it can so often hit their combo pieces.

+1 Looks pretty good, though I think it could still be a little better.
Personally, I think Tormod's Crypt is the way to go if you need to exile a graveyard. Sure, it's not as thorough as Leyline of the Void, but it is much, much cheaper to cast.
If you're going to keep white, you might also consider a couple Weathered Wayfarer's, as they pair really well with Path to Exile, thin your deck, and, I'd argue can allow for a few less lands in the build.
I think the CMC is a little high, but Crucible of Worlds is great for playing fetch lands with Hedron Crab.
Problem with Archive Trap is that opponents will avoid searching their libraries once they see it. The only card that forces opponents to search their library (as far as I know) is Maralen of the Mornsong
I second Glimpse the Unthinkable, but there's no way I'd ever get rid of Tome Scour. I'd suggest dropping Breaking / Entering.

kamarupa you can force them to search their libraries with Ghost Quarter and Path to Exile (if you're running white).
December 11, 2015 6:07 p.m.
@SoundTramp both of those cards are "may" abilities.
December 11, 2015 7:55 p.m.
Yes, exactly. They can choose. And they usually do the first go 'round. But most players will know better game 2.

Interesting! Thanks for the correction (I much prefer it here as opposed to in a game).

That being said, it's still a very useful card; it's an instant so you can use it on their turn when they (for example) crack a fetchland. Considering there are not many multicoloured decks that are not running fetches, Archive Trap will be relevant in most of your matches.

You need Glimpse the Unthinkable and Snapcaster Mage for double your most powerfull mill spells and a timely blocker if necessary.

I second that. 4x Glimpse is required, 2-3 Snappy is a great idea, and Tome Scour is definitely not worth it. Not even close. Cut them now.

This deck is listed as a budget deck. Neither Snapcaster Mage or Glimpse the Unthinkable are cheap cards.

I like the deck a lot and you have a upvote from me.
I decided to change my deck around to include some of the cards you are using here.
The main differences are i dropped all my Mind Funeral and run Glimpse the Unthinkable. Mesmeric Orb is a good card to run also.
I love that you are running Path to Exile for the Archive Trap personally i don't want to run white also but love the thinking behind it.
I'm running a playset of Fabricate md so i can search for Ensnaring Bridge Mesmeric Orb Spellskite and things like Pithing Needle if i need to sideboard it.
Surgical Extraction seems pretty important to be able break up combo bits of the deck too.
Take a look at my deck and see what you think. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/nursery-rhyme/#c2578697

Drop white and red and just go U/B, I'd say. Wear / Tear is not good enough to justify white, and Breaking / Entering is similarly not good enough for red. With the money you save from your mana base, you should get Glimpse the Unthinkable and Ensnaring Bridge. You should also decide whether your goal is to win by milling, or win with cards like Wight of Precinct Six, Jace's Phantasm, and Consuming Aberration.
