What with modern being the money sink it has become (a reasonable burn deck going for the price of 800 bucks and up) I thought I'd just brew together a cheap alternative.

Yes, mill and burn do not follow the same strategy. Yes, a lot of decks in modern would benifit from having their deck in their graveyard.Yes, mill is a sub-optimal deck.

Putting these three thoughts aside however, if you were to be on the mill plan, thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. That of course alongside thoughtful discussion. I'm not a full fledged modern player, but with a lot of my friends getting into it, I thought it would be only appropriate if I threw together something myself.
