Trying for a competitive Mill deck for Modern. Tell me what you think.I can use some ideas about land ratio, and I was wondering about the need for a little more control.

At one point I thought of including mystic-teachings into it, but I don't know where I would put it (potentially in place for Extirpate and Surgical Extraction
