This is my take on a lifelink/deathtouch mutate deck. A few disclaimers:

• I am very open to suggestions! My maybe-board has cards I've considered but didn't end up going with for one reason or another.
• This isn't meant to be a competitive deck. I built this for a casual playgroup, but it definitely holds its own.
• It's for casual play, so no sideboard.
• I have a lot of alternate art cards in the list, so the deck is substantially cheaper if you were to change card variations. If you want to make it even more budget, you can adjust the land base to more standard tap lands (although you'll lose consistency/efficiency).

My friends all built mutate decks when Ikoria came out. I wanted to build something with the mutate mechanic but not copy one of their decks. The concept of the deck is this:

• drop cheap 1/1's with deathtouch/lifelink to mutate onto and use early game for blocking/removal
• get out one (or more) Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose's to punish people for your life gain (mutating on top of Vito bypasses the Legendary rules)
• start mutating onto 1/1's with Snapdax, Apex of the Hunt's and Cubwarden's
• watch your life total soar
• get creatures back via Lurrus of the Dream-Den, Necropanther, and Nethroi, Apex of Death
• Heliod's Intervention and Erebos's Intervention are in there as finishers in combination with Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, but also has flexibility to deal with a wide variety of decks
• watch your opponents life total plummet
