BU Fairies Tempo/Control for Modern Pauper

Oona's Gatewarden is great for keeping even large creatures at bay, since wither will generally be able to allow even a Silkbind Faerie to finish off pretty much anything safely. It also is a cheap body, helping Spellstutter Sprite counter larger spells earlier.

Dreamspoiler Sprite turns any instant into a kill spell. If you have 2 in play, retracing Oona's Grace kills a Kiln Fiend. One plus a Peppersmoke does the same.

Silkbind Faerie plus Viridian Longbow can stall for time endlessly, kill creatures, or relentlessly ping your opponent.

Latchkey Faeries provide offence, and also some killing power against hexproof creatures.

Into the Roil saves your creatures, is soft removal, doubles as a cantrip if you have the mana, and if you have Dreamspoiler Sprite out is a kill spell to boot. I often will use it to bounce a Spellstutter Sprite to my hand, and then recast it to counter a spell. Again, with just one Dreamspoiler out, that kills a Kiln Fiend.

Soul Manipulation effectively turns into two counterspells for 5 mana, often countering a creature spell, pulling a Spellstutter Sprite out of the graveyard, which can then counter another spell.

Oona's Grace effectively means that once you get all the land you need, you just pitch it at the end of their turn.

Sideboard Tech:
Against hexproof decks: Devour Flesh, Geth's Verdict, Raven's Crime, Negate, and Annul come in instead of Peppersmoke , Doom Blade, Oona's Grace (since Oona's Grace is no longer effective as removal), Viridian Longbow, and one Into the Roil.

Bojuka Bog comes in if you see graveyard interaction.

Playtested with a friend a couple weeks ago who has a number of Pauper decks.

Completely rolled over Kiln Feind. No contest. 2-0

Against a base blue contol deck with a similar deckplan, it won 2-1, winning the second two after sideboarding.

Boros Landfall, 2-0. Not quite as easily as Kiln Feind, but part of that was pilot error.

Lost to GW Hexproof Enchantments 0-2. Little bit bad draw, little bit pilot error, large bit unequiped for the matchup. This led to a number of changes to the sideboard, including bringing back Annul, and added sacrifice effects. Later on I remembered that I was also playing down two creatures, since I forgot to pick up some theiving sprites. Against other decks, the extra retraces of Oona's Grace worked out fine, but not against hexproof decks.

The Latchkey Faeries did work quite well however, even against Hexproof, so I bumped up the count to 4 in the main deck. This provided a good boost to the deck's offence.
