Sideboard

I've always had a fascination with equipment, and Puresteel Paladin is a wonderfully nutty card...but has lacked redudnacy of his effect.

Well NO MORE! Sram, a legendary Dwarf from Kaladesh will helps us out by drawing us a card for every Equipment, Aura, or Vehicle we CAST. Yes, he lacks the free equip cost text that the Paladin has, but he's also easier to cast, costing only 1W instead of the Paladin's double-White. I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do with this!

6/30/19: I’ve come to realize I haven’t made any changes since I originally built this deck! Here are the sum of the tweaks, changes, and upgrades (I hope!) that I’ve made. Most critically, I dropped the big equipment and the goblin count. The goblins tend to show up and die, so work better as a lower count ‘combo piece’ for when I can’t grapeshot for lethal. The Sword of W&P and Warhammer are simply too expensive and wholly unnecessary. Leave//Chance does a decent Retract impression, since I’m not in blue. Plus I can bounce my creatures to dodge removal and lands to play if I just don’t have another at the time. That’s saved my bacon a couple times!
