Trying to make this deck more efficient. What is the best mana ramp that would fit? I feel like using Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl is just...a placeholder for something better?

My local meta includes Tron, Affinity, Merfolk, and then a bunch of....random weird decks.

I am trying to build something that doesn't get completely embarrassed against those proven decks. I feel like the local environment allows plenty of room for obscure decks to still win some FNM prizes (we only do Modern for FNM).

How do I make a Tribal Cats deck as competitive as possible? I feel it is very creature heavy right now without many answers to opponent threats.
