The current "tweeks" I'm working on is whether
A) the Courser of Kruphix should just be a second Eternal Witness
B) if I either need or can add an additional win condition.

Oof. I do NOT like that courser in here. I'd definitely add another eternal witness. Courser is probably a pretty good sideboard card though. I also like the idea of Scooze in the board, unless you have a better burn plan.

I like the idea of adding in Domri Rade, but how does he bounce Walkers? Also, I think swapping the Courser for another Witness is a great idea. Courser might be useful in some matchups, but could potentially be dead in certain matchups.

I also like Domri Rade mainly because he can be utilized as removal (with Genesis Hydra in particular; but also beast tokens, etc.).
CrovaxTheCursed...I should clarify...he's another walker that can bounce walkers with a Cloudtone in play. In many games; even if you haven't hit the infinite combo; being able to cast, trigger, bounce, cast, and trigger a walker twice is a ton of advantage.
I have had scenarios where Garruk created 10 mana all his own; so it's possible to "go infinite" with Domri and Garruk (Garruk would have to create a total of 8 mana with 1 being )....but that is not the main reason is use him.
Worst case scenario is he represents 1/3-1/2 a card "card draw" at his absolute worst. And at 3-CMC; a turn 2 Domri sounding plenty to me :).
I've also thought about playing a one of Temple. Often times this deck has more mana than it needs; and Cloudstone does let you bounce lands (for your land play that turn)...my biggest concern would be getting it in my opening hand...I just like to at least voice any ideas I have so they can be discussed.
The deck is now to a point where there's really only 1-3 "slots" that can really even be played with...the rest is pretty much set (as the deck is outperforming the meta in my testing thus far.)

The temple, even in a Cloudstone Curio dec, probably is too slow for Modern unfortunately...but I'd love it if it did work out :)

Heya, Like seeing you still trying to make Cloudstone Curio work . I like the idea of the deck and here are my suggestions.
I get the Cloudstone Curio + Genesis Hydra combo but based on testing of other devotion and Cloudstone Curio decks i would vote for either replacing the Domri Rade + Genesis Hydra with something simple like a Harmonize or something explosive like a Burning-Tree Emissary.
I would also suggest replacing 1 Kessig Wolf Run mainboard with 1 Boseiju, Who Shelters All so that if push comes to shove and your getting hosed by a control deck then you can make an uncountable massive Genesis Wave.
Thats all i got.
August 7, 2015 1:14 p.m.
also, burning tree lets for a t2 goldfish =)
t1 forest + arbor elf
t2 shrine + utopial sprawl on forest. Untap forest with arbor elf, play 2 burning tree. Use the mana from that to tap shrine for 6 mana. Play garruk to untap forest shrine. Tap shrine for 8 mana now so total of 10 mana floating to do a genesis wave or something like that.
Unlikely i know but by god, its a t2 win possibility =). There are other ways to on t2 of course.

Got it, I see you. I thought you meant using Domri to bounce an opposing Lili or something, but I'm with ya now. Yeah that is a pretty sweet interaction with recurring walkers via Curio. I didn't even consider that at first glance.

simoHayha...
Many of these are spectacular ideas for mono-green devotion. Not all perfectly fit this deck; but I did want to address each individually.
This card is spectacular in most combo devotion decks (or devotion decks wishing to be FAST). The "God Hand" with two BTE's, or really even those within a single BTE in your opponening hand can be ridiculous. There are also some interesting things you can do with BTE and Curio too (if you have other cards). For instance, if you play a Purphoros, God of the Forge; you can infinitely loop two BTE's and deal lethal. Same with Impact Tremors.
Having said all of this, I just don't know what I would remove to play them. They just don't synergize enough to make it worth it. I LOVE the Genesis Hydra's because it helps dig to the combo pieces; so that is a no-go; and the rest is the actual ramp, card draw, and combo pieces.
Harmonize - I've actually never been a big fan of harmonize in Greed Devotion. I feel likek you really want your card draw to come from permanents (i.e. Elvish Visionary, Abundant Growth, etc.). I do understand it is a lot of card draw for green; I've just found it underwhelming in my own play and testing.
Boseiju, Who Shelters All - I really like this idea. I'm testing it as we speak...you may be right that I can get away with two Kessig Wolf Run's.
Thanks for the input! There actually is a decklist that I think is literally exactly what you may be looking for by Jarvis Yu. It can be seen here:
http://www.gatheringmagic.com/jarvisyu-decks-12052013-mono-green-devotion-in-modern/
It actually plays Cloudstone Curio as well; however not for the infinite combos (I honestly may be the first person to post these interactions/this idea...not that this ever really matters...the important part is the community finding the deck and making it a useful and competitive archetype.) Jarvis does, however, play a TON of the cards you've mentioned along with the "core" of Green Devotion.
P.S. I added a Karn Liberated to the board. It's a great "catch all" card; and seven mana is easy for this deck.
I'm also thinking of running only three copies of Cloudstone Curio since I can both Wave and Hydra into them (and don't really need them until turn three). What do we think?
August 7, 2015 10:52 p.m.
Alrighty, fair enough points. I agree with the 3 count of Cloudstone Curio since they dont stack well and you do have several alternative ways to get it. Also, its not a card you have to play on curve really, you can play it and go off the same turn pretty realistically.

Great points simoHayha...I'm gonna try 3 for the next hundred games at least and see if I ever wish I had a fourth (I doubt I will).

You could put Defense Grid in Sideboard instead of Vexing Shusher. Seeing how we want to combo off between turns 3-5 it is very unlikely our opponent will have the mana to dish out a counter spell with Defense Grid on board, and it also saves us from end turn burn spells and Collected Company's.

Love it CunkBag! I had defense grid in there and too it out; but you are absolutely right that it is better in most cases than Shusher. Thank you!

I really don't get this deck at all. For example, the second combo you state that 6 mana lands must produce 10 mana for the combo to be pulled off. And you only have 5 cards in the deck that enable a land to produce 2 mana. It just doesn't seem realistic at all. Maybe I'm missing something but to me this deck looks terrible

Not too much longer until your deck passes mine on the top list. ;P
Just remember that Elite Arcanist still loves you.

pahimar....I think you are missing a couple things...I hope I can help a little without getting too wordy. I'll try to address a few items you may have missed or not seen (as the deck can be very difficult to understand just by looking at the list; especially if you've never played Green Devotion and/or Cloudstone Curio in Modern).
The first idea I think you may have missed just from the way it was worded is the power of Garruk Wildspeaker and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. You had stated that there were only "5 cards in the deck that make a land produce 2-mana..." but Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx often produces well over 2-mana. Garruk Wildspeaker can untap Nykthos; which is the most powerful combination of walker/land in the deck (that's why we run four of each even though you can only have one of each at a time). Often times, Garruk Wildspeaker and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx alone will pay enough for both walkers' cost(s) in the loop.
The second item is that the deck doesn't have to combo off to win. It can just bury the opponent in card advantage. Between Abundant Growth, Elvish Visionary, Eternal Witness, Primal Command, Genesis Wave, Genesis Hydra, and all of the walkers...24 of the 40 main-deck cards are a minimum of a 2-for-1 (often more). With Cloudstone Curio allowing you to bounce and loop them; it gets even stronger. This, and having access to Kessig Wolf Run basically gives us an "X-Spell" in our hands at all times it is on the board. The deck can easily win without the need to combo off.
Thirdly, this card draw actually allows you to get to the combo much more easily. This is especially true of Genesis Wave and Genesis Hydra. In most games you will draw and dig through at minimum half of the entire deck. This allows you to dig for all of the important combo pieces you need.
I edited this quite a bit (as there are some other smaller intricacies and synergies) but I didn't want to get too long winded. The easiest thing, however, that you can do is proxy up the deck and try it! I advise anyone and everyone to try the deck either in paper, on Cockatrice, on MTGO, etc. That really gives the best judge of the deck. I will try to post some videos too. It takes a little bit to get proficient with the deck; but you can still see a lot of the interactions much more easily.
I'll post vidoes (if and when I figure out how) ASAP.

Thanks TheAlexGnan...I am SOOOO excited to see it hit number one! I can't thank everyone enough for the upvotes, help, criticisms, etc. It's the deck I'm most proud of; and thus far has been performing spectacularly in testing. The TO community is the best community on the web in my opinion.

It's true metalemmanuel...I am semi-obsessed with how Green Devotion and Cloudstone Curio can work together to create somewhat "broken" combos. Cloudstone Curio is an extremely powerful card (can create a ton of loops)...but it's very mana intensive. Devotion just seemed a perfect fit. I found early (actually when they spoiled it) that Nissa, Worldwaker and Garruk Wildspeaker were an infinite combo with Cloudstone Curio; but just recently I realized it worked with Xenagos, the Reveler too (which is what really pushed the deck over; as Xenagos could win the game on the same turn due to the haste being on the tokens.
It's funny, because my brother NEVER plays combo (he like Tempo decks that have a ton of incremental advantage and cards that are extremely versatile). Despite being twins, we have quite different preferences on MTG decks :) Granted, we both tend to build in a lot of card advantage and synergy in each deck whether it's tempo, midrange, or combo (we rarely build pure aggro or control).
I really should try to post a deck that isn't a "Big Mana Combo" deck...but I can't seem to help myself :) Thanks for the kind words as well!
