I'm trying more of a tempo-ish version

The Restoration Angel, Venser, Shaper Savant, Blade Splicer and Snapcaster Mage package generates SO Much value! The deck is really good at generating value on every trade. EX: You try and Lightning Bolt my Blade Splicer / Snapcaster Mage / Venser, Shaper Savant , I then cast Restoration Angel / Cloudshift / Snapcaster Mage (targeting Cloudshift) and i blink the thing you target, It's then a 1for1 trade, but i then generate value out of the creature i blinked entering the battlefield (making a 3/3 with Blade Splicer or drawing a card with Wall of Omens or bouncing something in your hand with Venser, Shaper Savant) If i cant bounce the thing you're targeting or you're trying to resolve a creature/Thoughtseize i can also blink a Venser, Shaper Savant / Snapcaster Mage (targeting a counterspell like Remand)

That's the basic idea of the deck! It's been performing pretty well lately, going 3-0 at FNM's, I still think that the deck needs work

I think Chalice of the Void shouldn't be in there :/ what should i put in? a third Stony Silence ?
Should i remove the Disenchant ?
I've been told that a 4th Snapcaster Mage would be really good.. do i really have enough instants/sorceries? if so, what should i take out? i was thinking that 2x Venser, Shaper Savant is a bit too much, mby i could take that out?
