Budget friendly. Just a fun/mean oppressive deck. I play against a meta of infinite combo decks and big creature decks, and while I don't want to shell out $20 each for multiple Eldrazi titans or $500 on insane blue cards and combos, I think I can be plenty mean with an oppressive deck like this. Note: all cards are replaceable. The goal isn't necessarily to win, it's just to be mean and shut people down >:)
