Basically trying a new approach to the 8Rack concept, following Vizier's direction and thoughts, to make Discard/Control Modern viable.

Playing currently with adding in a bit more in the way of Exile effects, in order to maximize synergy with Dauthi Voidwalker and Kaya, Orzhov Usurper's Ultimate.
