A monoblack control deck that utilizes hybrid mana costs + free spells to get around its signature disruption card, Noxious Vapors . This is NOT a real life deck -- I don't have a thousand dollars -- so my budget is infinite.

I seem to be lacking in win conditions. Gray Merchant of Asphodel helps, but isn't enough. It's not a big enough bomb.
