The key here is Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Lot of damage and lifegain.

If the Gray Merchant of Asphodel is in the battlefield (easy because we have four of them) and we are runnig out of life, we can sacrifice it with Devour Flesh, gain some life and try to recover it with de Corpse Hauler

For Two-Headed Giant format, this deck works very well. With the ability of the Gray Merchant of Asphodelyou are going to make damage to each oponent and gain that much life. Also, the extort of the Basilica Screecher makes his work.
