The fevered visions match up has been winnable mainly due to Kalitas, for me anyway. Life gain helps :P

The good thing about Noxious Gearhulk is that even though it's not an Eldrazi that's a good thing for your sideboard. Since if you are encountering a lot of Ceremonious Rejections you can swap these in for Oblivion Sower(s). They also can help when against decks that are about burn/life loss.

I just noticed the interaction between Demon of Dark Schemes and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet sort of. When they die from Kalitas they are instead exiled so you can use Wasteland Strangler from that. But that means you are missing out on the energy counters correct? Not that this deck has a use for them but I'm just wondering.

I already have to deal with it a little bit in the bant company matchup, but Reality smasher does wonders against that card. They trade two cards for my one card, but I get another card back in the form of a clue. It's not as bad as it seems.

I can vouch for comment #52. The only control I have an issue with is bounce or Descend upon the Sinful which nobody plays with except for my brother.

Do you mind to advice the sideboard guide?

I had an awesome 3 prereleases! The first I got a Torrential Gearhulk F as my promo along with a Nissa, Vital Force. Although I couldn't use Nissa due to a lack of green. I had an esper deck that time. I ended up getting crushed by a Verdurous Gearhulk invention the very first match though and I managed later only 1 win.

My second was not very good though and I went win, loss, loss with a pretty average deck. I used a Gruul colored deck.

My third however gave me a Sword of Feast and Famine!, a Noxious Gearhulk, and Metallurgic Summonings. I went undefeated. This time I had a Dimir deck.

There were 7 Chandra, Torch of Defiances ( 1 was foil), opened over the course of 4 prereleases along with the other Kaladesh invention Verdurous Gearhulk.

Nobody opened a chandra nor an invention at mine. I opened some garbage, but went 2-1 with my sweet black white aggro.

jamesfiek In playing and liking this deck, I also need variety week to week (I can't play the same deck over and over). I like this deck so much that I created an alternate version of it: Mono-Colorless (Record: 0-0). Playtesting against my brothers FNM decks, I havent lost any game with my mainboard, only when I sideboard. Please share your thoughts!

Jimbotten I'm not sure how you are sideboarding, but basically I bring in most of the removal against aggro and midrange and some of the bigger stuff against slower decks. As for your deck, I really like the inclusion of Warping Wail. I think that card is really sweet and I'm kind of sad it didn't go anywhere. I think you would be better off playing four Matter Reshaper instead of Pilgrim's Eye. Other than that it looks really cool. Let me know how it goes.

I have been playtesting with Skysovereign, Consul Flagship, and I like it's capabilities and fit with the deck, especially in the sideboard.
