The goal of this Pauper deck is to use sacrifice mechanics to pump Mortician Beetle while obtaining other miscellaneous value off of the sacrifice feature. For example, sacrificing a creature with undying allows it to come back even stronger than before, while still helping Mortician Beetle get stronger. The same can be applied with unearth. The deck also makes use of some creatures with shadow so pressure can be placed on the opponent while they have to deal with the Mortician Beetles and in some cases the Carrion Feeders. Several noncreature spells in the deck force a target player to sacrifice creatures, which can be used on the user of the deck or the opponent, and other surefire removal like Victim of Night to take care of urgent threats. The sideboard is targeted towards dealing with Tron, Dredge or other graveyard mechanic decks, and Affinity.
