If you lack the land base for Legacy, the best way to circumvent that is to go mono-color. And I went mono-black.

The deck speaks for itself: put damage up quickly, with no need to worry about stupid things like my own life total. Turn 1 Hypnotic Specters are a winner. As are Nighthawks.

I could take this even more serious, with things like land destruction, Dark Confidant, and Hymn to Tourach, and I may do that in a serious event. For now, though, this'll do.
