The combo is obviously Bogbrew Witch + Festering Newt + Bubbling Cauldron. Once you have Bogbrew Witch you can tutor the other 2. You can use Diabolic Tutor to tutor Bogbrew Witch, but you should find her soon enough anyway. Every time you sacrifice a Festering Newt your opponent loses 4 life, so 5-6 sacrifices should be enough. When you sacrifice Festering Newt a target creature gets -4/-4, so you can use it as a sort of removal as well. To reuse Festering Newt you can use Call to the Netherworld. Everything else is there just to keep you alive and for flavor reasons (Black Cat, Witch's Familiar, rats, etc).
