This deck is a budget take of Strictly Better MTG's mono blue take an extra turn deck. Instead of being ~300 dollars you can get it (with low quality cards) for maybe around 70-80 dollars, possibly lower if you have some of the cards laying around.

The main point of this deck is to get as many turns as possible, drawing extra cards with Dictate of Kruphix and then maybe swinging in with a huge awakened Part the Waterveil, a Thassa, God of the Sea or an AEtherling.

This is a bit of a slower deck that takes a little while to get going. It is weakest against ultrafast aggressive decks but once you get to string together a bunch of turns in a row you can easily win.

I am looking for advice to lower the price of the deck, improve the deck now that some key(ish) pieces had to be cut for budget (Serum Visions, Cryptic Command, etc.) or anything like that. Thanks for reading!

P.S. I would like to stay Mono-Blue to keep the cost of land down. :)
