mono blue counter deck that every opponent will hate :)the idea is simple get Talrand, Sky Summoner in the field have some mana to counter any removal and then just make a lot of 2/2 flyers. Dream Twist is in because i think the flashback is useful for making more drakes! When playing versus aggro you can take away Dissipate and put Essence Scatter while when playing versus control you take out Mana Leak and put Negate in.Outwit is mono red burn hate!
