This once was a deck created to infuriate mainly my friends and also everybody who I played. I've been starting to move away from that and have put a few win cons, such as Jace, Memory Adept and Elbrus, the Binding Blade  . What I am looking for are improvements for this deck, such as things for better card draw, better counter spells, locking people out of draws possibly, and what things I should take out and replace for better alternatives. Now I want to stick with the theme of blue control, but make it actually have win cons that I can consistantly win games with (that will still be hard considering people I play against have goblins, infect, and mill but I still manage to hold my ground). Any good suggestion is welcome and I will attempt to add them, as this isn't exactly budget but at the same time I can't spend $1000 on this deck.
