The idea is to draw a lot of card to allow you to play a lot of spells per turn.

Usually 2 mana should be enought since you can play Gitaxian Probe and Hidden Strings who both can be free spells, since Hidden Strings can be used to untap two lands, and since you have evasion, it will allow you to cast two other spells in the same turn, triggering your Elusive Spellfist and Incursion Specialist .

Other utility of Hidden Strings is to allow you to attack and then, untap your creatures to have blockers ready.

Tought Scour will send somme spells to your graveyards, boosting your Runechanter's Pike.

Scry and scry-like effects are important, since, they will help you to flip your Delver of Secret and control your land draw.

If you have any idea on how to make the deck better, let's go! I'm not sure if I should add red, since good blue-red lands are costly, but if you have good idea, I will take them.
