Mono Blue: Extra Cards, Extra Turns Helmed by: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Originally built as a group-hug deck aimed at drawing the most cards for the table possible, it has developed into an extra-turns deck.

Play Kami on turn 2, mana rock turn 3, 4, 5. Hopefully start taking extra turns around turn 6. In any case, we look to deploy our mana rocks early, and our card draw enchantments and artifacts on t3-t7. We try to use the politics of drawing cards for our opponents to avoid early targetting of our permanents or attacks. We look to use the heavy influx of colorless mana from our rocks to surprise our opponents with an early extra turn spell. We look to break parity of the card draw by taking extra turns. Even 1 extra turn will allow us to dig 3-5 cards deep, looking to chain the extra turn spells to draw our deck and play Laboratory Maniac for the win. Can also force opponents to draw or simply mill them out with something like Psychic Corrosion.

Currently, I run no "free" counterspells in this deck. If I change this philosophy I will update the list accordingly.
