This is a nice and fun mill/combo deck that can win you the game by turn 4 with not just one, but two win conditions (both available turn 4).
So for this deck we're going to take a look at abusing the new blue common that comes from DTK,
Zephyr Scribe
. His effect allows us to untap him whenever we play noncreature spells (I.E. enchantments, artifacts, instants, and sorceries) but more specifically we're going to use him to return artifacts back to our hand.
Now to complete the engine we're running Retraction Helix. You can just use this card to target Zephyr Scribe to get an infinite combo allowing you to keep popping and replaying 0 cost artifacts. This means you placing a permanent and playing a noncreature spell times per turn.
We're also running the first win condition available, Elusive Spellfist.
His ability states that whenever you play a noncreature spell, he gets unlockable and +1/+0 until the end of turn.
Artifacts are a noncreature spell.
Elusive Spellfist + Zephyr Scribe + Retraction Helix + Spidersilk Net = a turn 4 infinite attack unlockable creature that will swing for 999,999,999,999,999,999 damage and win instantly.
The second win condition is Altar of the Brood. For this you can actually mill out 60 cards in one single turn.
Altar of the Brood + Zephyr Scribe + Retraction Helix + Spidersilk Net = turn 4 mill.
After you pass the turn they will lose the game.
The rest of the deck is just a bunch of control, card draw, and stall for you to get the pieces necessary for the combo. Because there's 2 win conditions you're going to get a lot of the cards pretty easy.
