Thank you to volrathy's thread on MTG Salvation ("Mono Blue Infinite Combo" under Standard Budget) and ryntess for the deck list. The Treasure Cruises can be replaced with Dig Through Times.

For the infinite combo: 1) Get Altar of the Brood and Zephyr Scribe on the board. 2) Cast Tormod's Crypt. 3) Cast Retraction Helix on Zephyr Scribe. 4) Return Tormod's Crypt to your hand using the effect you gave Zephyr Scribe with Retraction Helix. 5) Cast Tormod's Crypt again, which will untap Zephyr Scribe and your opponent will have to mill 1 because of Altar of the Brood. 6) Repeat steps 4 - 5 until you have depleted your opponents library to 0. 7) Look at your opponents face
