The idea is to use The Enigma Jewel   & Omen Hawker to ramp into powerful activated abilities. These cards give us a lot of versatility by most notably enabling the activated abilities of Mirrorshell Crab, Shark Typhoon, & Reckoner Bankbuster.

Replaced 3 Hypnotic Grifter with 2 Mazemind Tome & added another Disruption Protocol. Grifter was good but it fits more of a Midrange build, we want to focus on card advantage and playing off our opponent, the addition of Tome and another Disruption Protocol is great to facilitate this strategy.
