My first attempt at a Standard Blue deck. Any improvements are welcome. Going to remove cards as I decide which to have in and which to not. The plan of the deck is using Lots of tap spells to prevent the opponent blocking or attacking, then swinging for lots of damage, or using cards like mirror mockery on a powerful eldrazi. General counterspells, and cards like Void Winnower to limit the opponents blocking and casting ability
