Super devotion deck. Please give suggestions on how to improve the deck. Keep in mind there is a limited budget here. Also, is it worth splashing blue for cards like Kruphix, God of Horizons, Prophet of Kruphix, Kiora's Follower, and/or Kiora, the Crashing Wave. Lastly, how should I set up my sideboard: 4-4-4-3, 3-3-3-3-3, or just miscellaneous good side cards? If you leave your opinion on this matter, please tell me which cards to have on it. Thanks.
