Just building around Quicksilver Fountain. Basic idea is to lock down your opponent's lands with Choke and use Power Conduit to remove the flood counters from your Forests and turn them into +1/+1 counters for Elves. Ideally the target for the counters is Joraga Warcaller who will pump up the rest of your elves.
