This is one unique deck!

this has the tempo of mono blue, plus the extra win con of mill, and with devotion ramp thanks to nyx, i can sync my late game mana into winning conditions such as traumatize, mind grind, or jace!

Cloudfin Raptor can quickly turn your deck into beatmode after some evolves,

Frostburn Weird used to devotion ramp, but serves at a blocker early game and can go offensive to trade with things like Blood Baron of Vizkopa.

Master of Waves staple to any blue devotion deck, one of my win cons.

Nightveil Specter steals cards, flying and adds to devotion, what can i say?

Tidebinder Mage nasty against those greed red decks, but 2/2 for 2 isnt so bad given it gives +2 devotion.

Thassa, God of the Sea a nice bomb for only 3 mana! makes other bombs unblockable and lets you control your draws better.

Jace, Architect of Thought mainly used for his fact or fiction for card advantage.

Jace, Memory Adept the mill bomb, or when thats not necessary get some card advantage.

Traumatize the main mill bomb, more effect the sooner you use it, also throws your opponent.

Mind Grind the lategame nuke, with all the devotion ramp....mill till you mill 10+ lands...GG

(4-1-1) top four split for prize pool,

I've made some changes to the deck for this FNM, I didint see many control players out there and more of midrange decks so I decided to mainboard my sideboard, so, my mill spells were all in side and removal were all in main.

round 1 vs azorius heroic,

game1: turn 3 he had a battlewise hoplite out with ordeal of heliod out, but before he swung, i cyclonic rift it back to his hand, left him open, swung in with two frostburns and an active thassa for the win.

game2: This game was rough, he detention sphered two frostburns while I had a thassa out, rift the d spheres back for devotion and to play master of waves, next turn he d spheres my frostburns again and my master, so im left with an inactive thassa while he beat me to death.

game3: almost like game 1, he gets a phalanx leader out and heroics it while i just have a tidebinder and cloudfin out, i rift his phalanx leader back, and play an active thassa, scry a master and played it for 6 tokens, next turn swing in for the game

round 2 vs naya midrange,

game1: turn 2 he played a caryatid, then voice, I killed voice and resurgance, next he plays pursphoros and im like meh....then he ramps up to an elspeth and makes tokens that combos with pursphoros and kills me..

game2: loxodon smiters and voice of resurgences came out turns 2 and 3 and got me a bit worried, turn 2, i made him sac his voice unfortunately sacrificing also triggered the token ability...I played a tidebinder to tap down his smiter, killed his token with hero's downfall, next turn he plays a stormbreath, draw another tidebinder and tap him down, topdeck a master next turn, play it for 7 tokens, and he folds.

game 3: he was pretty stuck on lands, manage to get 2 out and play a caryatid on turn 3, i made him eat it with devour flesh, activate a thassa and started swining in for the game.
