A mono-blue Polymorph deck that functions as a pure control deck, until it's safe enough to Polymorph your Mutavault, or a creature that you stole through Vedalken Shackles.Though only tested on tappedout, it does seem like quite a solid deck.
No See Beyond? Nope. the deck already has alot of ways to make sure that emrakul does not end up on the top of your library. However, if you accidently shuffled away your perfect top 2 with your Scalding Tarn, you can always discard him with Thirst for Knowledge, and get to shuffle all or your remands back in your library on that!
Why Vedalken Shackles?"Take from the rich, give to the poor".Since your deck wont be running any actual creatures, except the big fatty you wont actually be casting, why not steal your opponents Tarmogoyf? Let their creatures do some damage, or chump, only to steal another creature untill you can Polymorph. Who knows, maybe you shackle the right guy and won't even have to sac it.
Mutavault:I don't like the Idea of having to go through with fetching the one Dryad Arbor in the deck to pull off the combo.I'd rather have the 4 "back ups" that I might run into, who wont get Gut Shot because I did not have enough mana to play Polymorph the same round it entered the battlefield.
Scalding Tarn:I decided to with the one set of fetches for shuffling and filtering. I thought about running a set of mistys aswell, but the extra damage seemed like a waste.
