Mono Red deck looking get value off plansewalkers early through mid, and finish things off by turning all your walkers into dragons or firing off some ults.

Only thing I'm unsure about is what creatures to include (if any). Planebound Accomplice can allow for higher cmc planeswalkers to be used earlier on, I was debating adding Sundial of the Infinite to allow those walkers to stay, but I think it may be a little to janky. Chandra's Phoenix feels like good recurrable value, while Thunderbreak Regent felt like a powerful creature that added decent synergy and protection with the Oathbreaker.

I'm open to any suggestions, and I'd love to hear what cards you would replace with some of the new M20 cards!
